Shipping to the Netherlands
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. Orders are usually shipped as compact mailbox packages designed to fit through standard letterboxes.
For larger or higher-value orders, shipment may be upgraded to parcel delivery to ensure safe and reliable home delivery.
Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Domestic deliveries are carried out from Tuesday to Saturday, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days, depending on the order date.
All products are normally kept in stock. If an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be clearly indicated on the website. Once your order has been registered for shipment, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your delivery.
Shipping to Belgium
Delivery to Belgium generally takes 2–4 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually handed over to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. Multiple shipping options are available, including free standard delivery.
Most orders are delivered directly through the mailbox. If an item does not fit or requires extra handling, the order will be shipped as a parcel. Trackable parcel deliveries within Belgium are typically delivered the next business day.
Customers may also choose to upgrade mailbox shipments to a fully trackable parcel option during checkout for a small additional fee.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
To initiate a return, please contact us via support@dentalstrips.store. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received in good condition.
Refund Processing
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless an alternative method has been explicitly agreed upon. No additional fees will be charged for refunds.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Bank transfers usually take up to five business days, while PayPal refunds may take slightly longer.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
