Orders are normally shipped within 30 days unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed upon. If fulfillment is delayed or unavailable, the customer will be notified and may cancel the order without additional charges.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

12.3
Submitting a complaint does not suspend the customer’s payment obligations.
